REFUSE SERVICE, RICHMOND, VA (3 Locations)
This pre-solicitation notice is for refuse service for three locations in Richmond, VA. The locations are:
(1) 1LT Jimmie L. Monteith USARC 1741 E. Belt Blvd, Richmond VA.
(2) Col Ernest H. Dervishian USARC, 6700 Strathmore Road, Richmond, VA.
(3) Richmond Air Force Reserve Center (AFRC) 6002 Strathmore Road, Richmond VA.
The solicitation number is W15QKN-14-T-1377 and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years. This acquisition is set aside for total small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562111, size standard of $12.5 Million. Prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA).
The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
