Qualified attorney to be on retainer
The City is seeking a qualified attorney to be on retainer to serve as
appointed counsel for indigent defendants in the Municipal Court.
The attorney(s) selected will be required to attend all Monday evening dockets
(which are generally scheduled at three per month). Minimum requirements
include attendance starting at 6:00 p.m. to be on call until released by the
Municipal Judge or Court Clerk.
