The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for the purpose of creating a contract list of up
to a total of twelve (12) contractors to subsequently provide Quality Assurance Consulting and
Project Management Services Relating to Information Technology Projects, from Feasibility
Studies to Post-Implementation Reviews, on an as-needed basis. These projects would include,
but not be limited to, areas such as: applications development, network upgrades, systems
implementations, process automation, e-government/web enablement, infrastructure planning
initiatives and enterprise solutions.
