County invites attorneys and law firms licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii that wish to provide legal services for the County Council (or other legislative agencies and employees of the County) pursuant to contracts executed in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 to submit a letter of interest and statement of qualifications to the Office of Council Services
