Provide civil engineering & surveying services as-needed basis at University of West Florida, Pensacola
Minor projects are specific projects for renovations, alterations and additions which have a basic construction budget estimated to be $2,000,000 or less, or studies for which the fee for professional
services is expected to be $200,000 or less. Campus Service Contracts for minor projects provide that the consultant will be available on an as-needed basis for the term of the contract. Examples of past projects
include:
Parking lot expansion
Repair, replace and install new underground utilities, including high and medium voltage electrical,
sanitary sewer, potable water and storm water sewer systems
Storm water management, including pond development and maintenance
Wetlands and environmental surveys
Road maintenance, repair and construction
Emphasis has been on campus utility infrastructure deferred maintenance and compliance with Campus Master Plan.
The contract term shall be for two years beginning upon execution of Agreement and shall include options for two two-year renewals.
