This proposal seeks to contract with an organization that will provide diagnostic services to the
Somerset County Tuberculosis Control Clinic and are to include:
1). Chest X-rays:
single view and reading
two views and reading
CT Scan
CT without IV contrast
CT with IV contrast
2). Laboratory testing to include but not limited to:
Blood Collection
Comprehensive META
CBC (+Platelet COU)
Glycohemoglobin
Acute Hepatitis PA
Other analysis as prescribed by TB Physician
Hepatitis A & B Screening
HIV Screening/Tes
