Provide Legal Services to Low and Moderate Income Homeowners Facing Foreclosure

The goal of this program is to increase the level of assistance available for those LMI homeowners residing within the Erie County Community Development Consortium who are facing foreclosure. The representation provided will provide legal representation to LMI homeowners with traditional and subprime mortgages who are falling into foreclosure. Submitted proposals should support the goals of preserving home ownership, engaging in loss mitigation and other foreclosure prevetion services.
