Provide Disclosure Counsel Services
The Long Island Power Authority is soliciting qualified law firms through this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide disclosure counsel services to the Authority and its wholly-owned subsidiary the Long Island Lighting Company d/b/a/ LIPA (collectively referred to as the Authority. The Authority expects to retain one law firm to conduct the aforementioned task.
