The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for trailer mounted, diesel powered, tar rubberized asphalt kettles. This equipment is necessary to ensure the continuity of maintenance to help prevent pot holes from occurring and properly seal joints and cracks on the State's
roadway surfaces and to prevent premature asphalt failure.
