The City of Cedar Rapids Police Department is seeking a qualified consultant to develop, validate, administer and score promotion examinations for Police Sergeant and Lieutenant. The Sergeant exam shall be developed and implemented for testing no later than June 15, 2009. The Lieutenant exam shall be developed and implemented for testing no later than October 15, 2009
