Programming Enhancement Services to the Motor Vehicle Systems
The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified vendor for specific contract application development. This application development will be in the form of system enhancements to the existing Motor Vehicle System.
The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) seeks to establish a contract for object-oriented application enhancements and code modifications which provide additional functionality identified by the Iowa DOT's Motor Vehicle Division (MVD). The contract programming skill areas required include, but are not limited to: working with a large n-tier architecture application in a rich client/server environment, Microsoft SQL Server, C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, developing and maintaining applications using C# with .Net, XML, debugging the system, WinForms, WebForms, batch processing, and other areas.
