APHL would like to solicit offers to develop, deliver, and evaluate one-time pilot proficiency testing panels for Pertussis multi-target PCR and Measles IgM serology testing. APHL is seeking to identify and select an outside, independent organization or laboratory that can purchase or manufacture specimen panels, package and ship the panels, and evaluate test results by multiple methods. The Vendor will preferably have experience working with public health laboratories and an understanding of their unique roles and responsibilities as diagnostic and reference laboratories.
