Professional Services - Housing Maintenance Building
The University announces that Professional Services in the discipline of Architecture and Engineering are required for the project termed the Housing Maintenance Building.
The scope of work for this project is anticipated to include a building of approximately 11,760 SF, configured as a single two-story structure. The facility will include a maintenance shop, storage, office and training space for the department of Housing and Residence Life. The facility will be located on an existing parking lot that will be re-designated to add secure parking and a covered parking area to accommodate charging 15 golf carts.
