Professional Planning Consulting services for preparation of a Master Plan update
The Township of Vernon is seeking proposals for Professional Planning Consulting services for preparation of a Master Plan update. The update will include replacement of several existing elements and a basic re-examination of the existing elements, per the scope of work below. The Township has a population of approximately 26,000 residents, and is 68 square miles in area. Individuals and Consulting Firms are welcome to respond. The Township combined the Planning and Zoning Boards into a Land Use Board in 2009.
