The City wishes to conduct a comprehensive planning study of the "auto row" portion of Taunton Avenue (Route 44). The study will address transportation and land use issues and will assess possible future land uses, public transportation and possible locations for a RIPTA hub, safe and convenient pedestrian routes and access points, and streetscape amenities.
