Professional Engineering Services
The Authority is seeking proposals for Professional Engineering Services, specifically to provide Administration of the Authoritys Biosolids Hauling and Reuse Contract. The contract for these services shall be for the period January 1, 2010 (or as soon thereafter that a contract may be awarded) to December 31, 2010.
