Professional Architectural / Engineering - New Jersey
Mandatory pre-bid March 5, 2010
The A/E firms will be pre-qualified to provide Professional A/E Services to UMDNJ which may
include, but are not limited to, feasibility studies, code analysis, schematic design, interior
design, construction cost estimating, construction document preparation, bid phase assistance,
construction phase administration and project close-out services. The scope of services may vary
according to individual project requirements, facility type and as determined by UMDNJ.
