Printing of Magazine-Style Newsletter
The City is seeking bids for printing, finishing and mailing service for a new quarterly newsletter. The magazine-style newsletter shall be printed on 70# matte text, with four-color and bleeds, folded and stitched and printed in a quantity of 65,000.
The outside portion, or "City News" section of the newsletter, shall be 17" x 10.5", folded to 8.5" x 10.5". There shall be a ghost-stitched inserted portion, or "Parks & Recreation" section of the newsletter, which shall be 16" x 10.5", folded to 8" x 10.5". Pricing is requested for multiple page quantities which are listed on the Bid Submittal Form (page 8).
This publication will be mailed, by the Contractor, to every household (single family, condominiums, apartments, etc.) in Cedar Rapids and part of Robins on a quarterly basis. Pricing is requested for multiple postage options (page 8) in order to determine the best value for the City.
