COPY STATUS:
Electronic PDF files furnished on disk or to the printers FTP site. Cover files can be furnished by April 15 so paper can be ordered and covers printed early. Printer is responsible for imagesetting. Printer will place the appropriate FSC logo and CoC number on the back cover.
PRINTING PROOFS:
Color proof of cover and blueline or digital proof of body, trimmed to size in booklet form.
