It is the intent of this RFP and consulting contract to establish an agreement for the print and electronic publication, promotion, and distribution of one of the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education journals. International CHRIE intends to enter into a full-text licensing agreement for the print and electronic distribution of the content of its JHTR journal to the successful bidder under this contract.
