Located in the median on the intersection of University Avenue and Normal Street, Hillcrest Business Association completed the first phase of the Pride Flag Project in 2012. The "Illumination of the Flag Monument" is an additional phase of the project. The basic scope of the project is to light the monument plaza area and adjacent sidewalk with color changing lights, and to up light the flag with white light. This would be an innovative and one of a kind project.
