The purpose of this Agreement is to satisfy the LCRA by entering into a long-term, mutually beneficial business relationship with an Offeror of Pre-fabricated Components for Substation Control Houses. It is the intent of the LCRA to enter into a one-year agreement, with the option to extend the contract for four consecutive one-year periods on an annual basis, not to exceed five years.
