Power Purchase Agreement for Photovoltaic Systems
The RFB seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to enter into a power purchase agreement ("PPA") for the sale of electricity to the College. The PPA will require the successful bidder to construct, own, operate, and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, multiple solar photovoltaic systems (the "Solar PV Systems") to be installed on various College buildings and facilities for the purposes of generating electricity to be sold to the College at a fixed annual per kilowatt hour (kWh) rate for a term of fifteen (15) years (the "Project").
