The University desires to obtain written proposals from qualified vendors (hereafter, agency / vendor / bidder / proposer) to provide services for the removal and disposal of approximately 19,000 ton of annually produced Ash at the main power plant, for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, with the right to renew for four (4) additional one year periods, for a total of five (5) years.
