Post Closure Maintenance of City Owned Landfills
The City maintains five (5) closed Class III Landfills. This RFP is for as-needed Engineering and Specialized support for the post closure maintenance of these sites. The contract scope will include but isn't limited to preparation of feasibility, geotechnical, hydro-geological (groundwater), landfill engineering, and regulatory reports. Provide flare and other air pollution equipment source testing, hydro-seeding of landfill surfaces, public relations, and investigation of solar energy farms at landfill sites.
