Police Composite Artist Service
The County is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced composite artists to produce freehand composite drawings and sculptures of criminal suspects from verbal descriptions obtained from witnesses and victims. The artist may be required to make drawings or three-dimensional renderings to recreate a likeness of decomposed faces, and faces and body parts mutilated as a result of crime or accident and to produce freehand drawings of missing or stolen evidence, automobiles or other items as required. The artist may be reqired to testify in court regarding the above-stated work.
