Planning Study of the Station Square Zone within the Secaucus Transit Village Redevelopment Area
The NJMC wishes to retain professional planning services to conduct the
planning study. Accordingly, this Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued
to solicit individuals or organizations (hereinafter, Consultant) to develop and
manage the project. The Scope of Services must be performed by, or under the
direct supervision of, a New Jersey-licensed Professional Planner with AICP
Certification. A planner shall be deemed an ineligible Consultant if, within the
past two years, the planner was engaged as a contractor or employee of the
Town of Secaucus.
