Photovoltaic Generating Stations on Third Party-Owned Host Sites
As described in more detail in the attached Solicitation documents, the Company is seeking proposals that will include a total turnkey, fixed price for the Solar System, and lease payments to the site owner for long-term use of the site (roof and/or grounds), in accordance with the Solicitation specifications. The EPC contractor(s) selected by the Company will be responsible for design, permitting, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning, and additional tasks as defined in more detail in the attached documents including Scope of Work. The Company will make milestone payments to the selected EPC Contractor(s) through the development and construction process (see Payment Milestone Schedule attached hereto), and will make final payment and take ownership of the system upon commissioning and final acceptance.
