Petroleum Storage Tank Site Activities
The State intends to enter into multiple-regional contracts for providing risk-based corrective action activities at petroleum storage tank (PST) sites under the State Lead program of the TCEQ. Under the PSTSA contracts, the PST Section will issue work orders for remediating activities where there have been releases from petroleum storage tanks. Services to be performed will include assessment and monitoring of environmental media, abatement or mitigation of contamination sources, and provision for alternative water sources. The CONTRACTOR may be requested to provide technical assistance or expert witness services pursuant to the contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with current regulations, requirements, and applicable TCEQ guidance.
