The DOC intends to establish a contractual agreement with one or more licensed pest control vendors who can provide efficient and effective treatment and control of all pests at all DOC correctional centers and institutions, Correction Enterprises manufacturing plants, administrative office buildings and other DOC-owned buildings in the state of North Carolina.
