Performance-Based Utility Contracting Services

The City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Performance Utility Contractors and or qualified Energy Service Companies to provide utility conservation equipment and services under a guaranteed base Energy Performance Contract. The chosen contractor / firm will perform an energy utility audit and design a program that implements a cost reduction and revenue generating solution. The contractor shall provide financing and work closely with the City to train employees on operation and maintenance of installed systems, provide all equipment including automatic meter reading technology and will monitor energy costs and systems over the term contract.
