The City Department of Information Technology (here after referred to as the City) seeks to establish service agreements with a company to re-implement its existing PeopleSoft Financial Management (FIN) version 8.4, Human Capital Management (HCM) version 8.9. In addition, the City is licensed for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) which may be implemented for the first time depending on the results of the discovery and fit/gap analysis phase results (see Section 3.1.1 - Discovery and Fit/Gap Analysis). If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), the City may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected offeror (the Contractor) perform all or part of the work on a:

Discovery and Fit/Gap analysis resulting in: recommendations related to reengineering the City's business processes, and application interfaces/enhancement recommendations.

Development of an acceptable project plan with appropriate milestones to achieve a successful re-implementation of PeopleSoft.
