The Treasury is seeking an implementation partner that will utilize the pre-selected PeopleSoft FMS and Treasury ERP system with supporting Oracle edge components to enhance the Treasury’s processing capabilities, transitioning the existing business processes to more efficient, timely, and flexible processes maintaining accuracy and enhancing the security of the data within the Treasury’s new core financial system. It is Treasury’s assumption that the selected partner will have fully completed all work outlined in this RFP within 24 months from the contract start date. Additional detail is provided in Part IV of this RFP.
