Peer Review Services
The services to be provided by the FY 2011-2012 peer reviewer are all to be done under the direction of the Project Manager and will include the following:
I. Assist in testing new migrated model in CUBE/Voyager modeling package to ensure successful migration. This constitutes the gist of Phase I in the FY 2011-2012 Project.
II. Review model enhancements and improvements as they are executed by FY 2011-2012 contractor. This constitutes much of Phase II in the FY 2011-2012 Initiative, as described above.
III. Oversee model calibration and validation process.
IV. Review final products of FY 2011-2012 Project. This will include, at a minimum, the Users Guide, and assistance in the formulation of customized scenarios that will be utilized in the 2040 Plan.
