The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (also known as the Lakeland Housing Authority or LHA) is requesting proposals from licensed and qualified professionals for Payroll Services and/or Workers' Compensation Coverage. The awarded contract will be for a base period of two years with an option to extend the agreement for up to three additional one-year periods.

LHA reserves the right to award up to two contracts resulting from this Request for Proposals. Responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on October 31, 2013. The appropriate forms may be obtained by emailing a request to [email protected].
