The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to specify the requirements for the migration to I-Net sites to the required two-fiber configuration and the implementation of a Digital Video Transportation System. The requirements in this document encompass the work product to be provided by the successful bidder, including technical equipment specifications, network architecture, implementation strategy, and contractor responsibilities.
