Parking Structure Design, Build, Finance, Manage
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to seek parties who are qualified to study, plan, design, finance and construct the project(s) described herein. If the Ohlone Communtity College District (Ohlone College") determines that the project(s) are feasible, Ohlone College will work to construct, develop and finance the project(s), all as more fully set forth herein, pursuant to California Government Code Section 5956 et seq. The project(s) will be implemented pursuant to a lease - leaseback scenario.
