PROJECT ENGINEER -‐ TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT AND GUIDANCE RELATING TO THE CITY’S AUTOMATED PARKING GARAGE
the City seeks Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) from firms or individuals with Engineering accreditation to provide project specific outside consulting services aimed at supporting the City in the mechanical engineering and programming aspects of soliciting and contracting with potential vendors for services related to the City’s Automated Parking Garage Facility (“Garage”), as directed by the Director of Parking and Transportation, Mayor, Business Administrator or other appropriate officials within the City Administration. The City is seeking the professional services of qualified individuals or firms to provide technical guidance, support, and oversight in the evaluation and preparation of an updated management contract for our Garage. The City expects applicants to possess the deep technical knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems and so`ware used in automated facilities, with preference given to individuals and firms with automated parking facility knowledge and experience, as well as the management/consulting experience to support the City in its efforts to obtain an appropriate vendor. The successful individual or firm must provide evidence that the professional(s) listed in the Proposal have the ability to timely provide the representation requested.
