PROGRAM PLANNING SERVICES
Services include the creation of a storyboard with illustrations and sequential images to graphically present and describe the Web-based Iowa Pledge Tobacco Retailer Certification Program. The program certifies employees of retailers on the methods to properly evaluate an Iowa Driver's license and refuse an illegal tobacco sale.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors to provide program planning services for the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division (Division), with the possibility of project extensions at the sole discretion of the Division. As fully described in the following, the successful Vendor shall collaborate with representatives from the Division to create a storyboard to graphically organize the Web-based Iowa Pledge Tobacco Retailer Certification Program by creating illustrations and images sequentially to determine, present and describe (i.e., plan) the entire online training program.
