PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT
The City wishes to receive statements of qualifications from those firms seeking to be designated as redeveloper for the Plaza, which lies within a redevelopment area known as the “Transit Village District--West” (the “District”). Those redevelopment activities shall be referred to collectively as the “Project”. The firm responding to this request is hereafter referred to as the “Respondent” or as the “Designated Redeveloper” or “DR”.
