PIER - Buildings End-Use Energy Efficiency Research Area com
This RFP is the first of a possible annual Technology Innovations for Buildings and Communities
solicitation schedule that will target buildings-related energy efficiency research areas.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify and select one or more contractors to conduct and direct RD&D
projects arranged as integrated research programs that fall into the targeted areas of the PIER
Buildings program.
