The Town is seeking to have constructed a photovoltaic array for generation of up to 500 KW of electricity, designed, constructed, and to be owned and operated by a third party on Town land formerly operated as a municipal landfill – now closed and capped. It is the Town’s desire that this system be installed and fully operational no later than October 1st, 2013.
