PET FOOD AND SUPPLIES
5.1 CONTRACTOR will provide delivery of orders from a pre-approved list of items to be delivered bi-weekly.
5.2 CONTRACTOR shall make deliveries between the hours of 8:30AM 3:00 PM, PST every other Wednesday.
5.3 CONTRACTOR shall provide only food within the expiration date(s).
5.4 CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and equipment required to fulfill the AGREEMENT at no additional expense to the County.
5.5 CONTRACTOR shall stock the shelves at the Animal Shelter designated for the product per the direction of staff.
