The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualified law firms or sole practitioners to represent and advise the District on matters relating to general liability and government tort liability. The scope of work does not include environmental law, government law, personnel issues, workers' compensation or labor relations, except as those issues arise in general liability or government tort liability matters.
