Outside Legal Counsel Services
The State seeks to identify outside counsel qualified to provide legal services in the following areas: • Fiduciary Counsel to Board of Trustees, • Investment Matters – Service Sub-matters include: Derivatives Transactions, Private Investment Transactions and Related Matters, Investment Management Agreements with External Investment Managers, Public Equities and Fixed Income Portfolios and Related Matters.
