Outside Counsel Legal Services
The State is posting this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Outside Counsel Legal Services for the submission of Statements of Qualifications from attorneys and law firms interested in providing legal services, including intellectual property advice and contract negotiation services, to TxDMV as it negotiates the terms and conditions of a contract for Vehicle Registration and Titling System Refactoring. Provision of these services will require coordination with TxDMV counsel and may also require coordination with other state counsel, including the Office of the Attorney General. Further, attendance at some TxDMV Board meetings to advise the Board may be required from time to time during the term of the contract for legal services.
