Outreach Program
The Division is seeking proposals from qualified service providers for professional consultant services to develop and execute a Flood Outreach Program. This program is funded by a community development block grant, and the funds are intended to provide a multi-year outreach campaign to maintain a steady level of awareness of Iowans for the need for flood preparation efforts.
