The Port is seeking a consulting firm or individual consultant to design an executive development
program in cooperation with the Port's internal organization development team. The selected consulting
firm or individual consultant will then develop and implement the co-authored program. The executive
development program will be exclusively for the seven person executive team. This program should
contain a multi-rater assessment tool/process, a behavioral or personality assessment tool (preferably the
Birkman) and a process by which to deliver assessment results to the executive team as a whole and
deliver coaching to each director individually. Additional coaching and development work will be
determined on a case-by-case basis.
