The City of Los Angeles (City), Department of Airports (Los Angeles World Airports), is soliciting proposals from professional consulting firms who can provide management consulting services related to an organizational change program that Los Angeles World Airports would like to implement. The successful proposer would be expected to develop a comprehensive plan for an organizational change program; design, coordinate and facilitate a series of individual and group development coaching sessions; and, develop a metrics plan to benchmark the effectiveness of this organization change program.
