Operation, Lease, and Improvements to the Oval Track Facility at Motorsports Park
The City is seeking qualified Proposers with a vision for the operation, management, and improvement of the Oval Track Facility. The Oval Track is envisioned to be a significant part of the Motorsports Park venue. The City is seeking a Proposer who will make improvements to and operate the facility for five years, with an option for another five years. Upon termination of the Agreement, all improvements of a permanent nature will become property of the City.
